About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to join Chamäleon’s Berlin headquarters. In this full‑time role you will shape and execute comprehensive, cross‑channel marketing strategies that boost our brand presence and enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and independently execute cross‑channel marketing projects.
• Develop and optimise our CRM system to improve targeted communication with guests and travel‑agency partners.
• Create marketing and sales materials in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring brand consistency.
• Launch initiatives that increase brand visibility across all channels.
• Strengthen the guest experience through innovative marketing campaigns.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Completed university degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communication, Tourism or a related field.
• Professional experience in marketing, CRM or project management.
• Structured, independent and reliable working style with strong organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
