Marketing Manager – Europe

About the role

ChargePoint is building its marketing engine across Europe from the ground up. As the dedicated marketing hire for the region, you will work closely with the European sales team to generate pipeline, execute events, and establish a high‑impact marketing function in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute field‑marketing programs across Europe, including trade shows, customer events, roundtables, partner events, and roadshows.
• Run regional webinars and digital events end‑to‑end, handling topic development, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow‑up.
• Partner with the European sales team to support account‑level marketing efforts that open opportunities and accelerate deals.
• Localize and adapt global campaigns, content, and messaging for European markets using AI tools to scale across languages efficiently.
• Build and manage regional email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs in collaboration with demand‑generation teams.
• Manage relationships with local event organizers, media contacts, and agency partners.
• Own the European marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of all initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer with a bias for execution and ownership of end‑to‑end campaign delivery.
• Strong collaborator who can work closely with sales, demand‑generation, and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and shape a new function.
