Marketing & Operations Associate – Graduate Program

About the role

Join Geek+, a global technology leader in smart logistics, as a Marketing & Operations Associate in our Graduate Program. You will support the marketing team in creating compelling content, managing social channels, and coordinating operational tasks while gaining exposure to the fast‑growing robotics and AI‑driven logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own social‑media channels, produce engaging content and interact with local stakeholders.
• Create and optimise organic content such as email campaigns, webinars, workshop presentations, blog articles and press releases.
• Maintain the case‑study library and sales‑collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support lead‑generation activities and take ownership of selected campaigns.
• Manage relationships with vendors, channel partners and other stakeholders.
• Assist the marketing department with daily operational tasks including reporting, inventory of promotional goods, supply‑chain coordination and budget monitoring.
• Help organise local online and offline events when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business or a related field (graduation between Aug 2025‑Aug 2026).
• Valid German work permit.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages (Chinese, French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % across EMEA regions.
• Proactive, resilient and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
