Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join a fast‑moving, remote‑first team in Germany. You will act as the operational backbone of the marketing department, turning strategy into coordinated campaigns and cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events and brand initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps and task tracking across multiple concurrent marketing workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition and Retention to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, project meetings and status updates to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers and implement solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Support marketing leadership by managing priorities, coordinating workflows and translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, budgets, milestones and capacity using tools like Jira and Notion.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement by optimizing workflows and supporting post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, operations or coordination.
• Experience in iGaming, esports, gaming or another fast‑paced digital industry is highly preferred.
• Strong organisational and multi‑tasking abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings, track action items and drive project accountability from start to finish.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as content, social, influencer, CRM, partnerships and paid media.
