Marketing Specialist – Events

About the role

The Marketing Specialist – Events will own and execute SCIENION’s global event strategy while coordinating multi‑brand BICO events. Working cross‑functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams, the role ensures events generate high‑quality leads, showcase the company’s offerings, and deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive a global events strategy aligned with business goals and product positioning.
• Coordinate multi‑brand BICO events, acting as the central point of contact for objectives, messaging, booth concepts, staffing, and execution.
• Plan, manage, and execute end‑to‑end events (tradeshows, conferences, partner events, virtual and physical), handling timelines, logistics, vendors, sponsorships, and on‑site delivery.
• Set clear objectives, define success metrics, track spend, and continuously optimize event formats to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to capture, qualify, and follow up on leads, providing post‑event reporting.
• Design compelling booth experiences that communicate SCIENION and BICO value propositions.
• Manage event budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and ROI reporting.
• Maintain event calendar, prioritize resources, and ensure proper staffing.
• Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Oversee event‑related marketing inventory and develop standard tools, processes, and templates.
• Travel to key events to manage on‑site execution and support booth staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, global events and collaborate across functions.
