Marketing Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative Marketing Video Editor to produce high‑impact short‑form videos for paid acquisition campaigns. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering performance‑driven content for a fast‑scaling AI‑powered health tech product with global reach.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit short‑form videos (up to 2 minutes) for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to generate concepts and iterate based on performance data.
• Analyze campaign results to refine storytelling, pacing, and visual execution.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools (Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs) to enhance production workflows.
• Research competitor ads, social trends, and emerging formats to inform strategy.
• Experiment with new visual effects and editing techniques to improve efficiency.
• Support modular creative development by building, testing, and remixing high‑performing content elements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, motion design, or a similar creative production role.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and conversion‑oriented creative.
