Master Thesis – Customization Planning for Airbus A350

About the role

Airbus Operations is seeking a master‑thesis student to support the Customization Planning of the Airbus A350. The project focuses on creating a referential customization planning process for one A350 model, helping to accelerate time‑to‑market and simplify workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the current customization process for the A350 model.
• Develop and innovate leaner, faster customization solutions.
• Create and deploy a referential customization process for the selected model.
• Visualise all process steps and inter‑dependencies.

Required profile

• Enrolled full‑time master student in Aeronautics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in innovative solutions for complex subjects.
• Good technical understanding and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
