Master Thesis in Artificial Intelligence Organization Adoption and Usage

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Master’s student to conduct a thesis on the adoption and usage of artificial intelligence within its Quality department. The work will involve designing surveys, analysing data, and delivering insights to support organisational decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualising, aligning scope and finalising surveys for managers and operational staff.
• Coordinate and support data collection through short internal employee surveys.
• Participate in data processing and statistical analysis to evaluate AI usage patterns and strategy‑implementation gaps.
• Support the preparation of detailed result reports and deliverables for decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Enrolled Master’s student with a background or interest in Management, Strategy, Organizational Psychology, Data Analysis or Statistics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in quantitative data analysis and statistical processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment with academic and industry partners.
• Fluent in German and English.
