Math Curriculum Developer – Germany

About the role

Magma Math is looking for a Math Curriculum Developer to join its German curriculum team. You will design, organise, and enhance math problem sets for schools and districts across Germany, leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation and collaborating closely with teachers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and curate high‑quality math problems aligned with the German curriculum.
• Use AI‑powered platforms to accelerate content production and maintain consistency.
• Gather feedback from classrooms and German educators to continuously improve the material.
• Conduct on‑site school visits in Germany to observe usage and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer‑success teams to align content with broader company goals.

Required profile

• Very ambitious and driven to meet challenging targets.
• Output‑oriented with a strong focus on completing projects.
• Eager to learn quickly, especially about mathematical curricula or AI‑assisted content creation.
• Goal‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Excellent communicator, both in German and English.
