M&E Site Manager – Building Services

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to lead mechanical and electrical building services on large‑scale industrial, commercial and residential projects across Germany. You will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, ensuring quality, safety and budget compliance while travelling extensively between sites.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver M&E services for new builds, refurbishments and conversions (HOAI phases 6‑9).
• Review project requirements with Project Management teams and assess subcontractor tenders.
• Award packages, coordinate and supervise subcontractors and interdisciplinary site teams.
• Monitor construction progress, quality control and adherence to schedules.
• Control costs, review subcontractor applications and ensure budget compliance.
• Act as primary contact for clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Support final inspections, commissioning and handover of projects.

Required profile

• Completed technical training in HVAC, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3‑5+ years experience as an M&E/TGA Site Manager on large construction projects.
• Experience in industrial, commercial or residential environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, implementation planning and cost control.
• Understanding of VOB regulations.
• German (C1) and English (minimum B1) language proficiency.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Germany and hold a full Class B driving licence.
