Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

Da Vinci Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) to join its dynamic, international team. You will apply mechanical and structural engineering principles to design, analyse and improve systems for industrial and manufacturing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and analyse mechanical and structural systems, ensuring safety, durability and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings and perform simulations using CAD and FEA tools.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance and other engineering disciplines throughout product development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering challenges related to mechanical and structural components.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of design changes, project progress and quality control activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in mechanical and structural engineering, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven project‑leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, ASME and other relevant regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
