About the role

As a Mechatronics/Electronics Service Technician for elevators, you will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high‑quality service, maintaining equipment safety, and communicating proactively on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and provide proactive communication such as ETA, job performed, and follow‑up information.
• Accurately report work performed in real time to e‑Optimum and Customer Notification systems.
• Ensure equipment safety and performance while managing the site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risks, communicate them to the supervisor, and take immediate action on high‑risk situations following escalation procedures.
• Execute planned maintenance, call‑outs, and unplanned repairs according to schedule, quality standards, and safety instructions.
• Manage proximity stock, request spare parts, and keep service tools, van, and instruments in good condition.
• Raise sales leads, submit timesheets, and plan workload in coordination with the service supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and an ambassador attitude when interacting with clients and end‑users.
• Ability to work safely on site, follow safety instructions, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Good organizational skills to plan workload, manage inventory, and handle documentation accurately.
• Willingness to attend training on lift technology and, when required, coach or train nominated colleagues.
