About the role

As a Mechatroniker/Elektroniker Servicetechniker you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and safe operation of elevators and escalators at customer sites. You will act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication and precise on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by providing accurate ETA, job updates and real‑time back‑reporting via e‑Optimum.
• Perform planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned repairs while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain site safety, identify risks and follow escalation procedures when necessary.
• Handle inventory, stock transfers and spare‑part requests to ensure availability of necessary components.
• Document work performed, submit timesheets and raise sales leads to the service supervisor.
• Keep service tooling, van and instruments in good condition and report any issues.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to communicate clearly on site.
• Familiarity with lift and escalator technology and willingness to attend training.
• Ability to work independently, plan workload and follow safety instructions.
• Willingness to support colleagues through coaching or training when required.
