Menswear Jersey Designer (BOSS GREEN)

About the role

We are looking for a Designer to develop the BOSS GREEN menswear jersey collection. The role is temporary and will work closely with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to translate creative briefs into ready‑to‑produce garments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers, concept, graphic, product management and technical development teams throughout collection development.
• Research and develop jersey concepts based on creative briefings and collection framework.
• Prepare sketches, fabric selections, manage fittings and ensure deadlines are met.
• Present concepts, progress and collection status at internal and external milestone meetings.
• Continuously monitor trends, innovations and competitor collections to keep BOSS GREEN contemporary and sporty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in apparel, fashion or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in jersey, sportswear, activewear or casualwear design, preferably premium segment.
• Strong sense of silhouettes, proportions, colours, fabrics and details for sportswear.
• Passion for sports such as tennis, golf or fitness and understanding of functional, lifestyle‑driven sportswear.
• Excellent English communication; German is a plus.
• Structured, proactive and solution‑oriented working style with solid time‑management.
