Merchandise Planner – EU eCommerce (12‑18 month contract)

About the role

Savage X Fenty is seeking an experienced Merchandise Planner to support its growing European eCommerce business on a 12‑18 month contract. You will be responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory, and optimizing Open‑to‑Buy while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own annual, seasonal and monthly merchandise plans for the EU eCommerce channel.
• Develop demand forecasts and Open‑to‑Buy plans aligned with sales, inventory and margin targets.
• Monitor sales, sell‑through, inventory levels and weeks of supply to identify risks and opportunities.
• Reforecast sales and inventory weekly, monthly and quarterly, and communicate performance against plan.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Production, Operations, Finance and Global Planning to align strategies.
• Design inventory and promotional strategies that balance productivity and stock health.
• Analyze category, product and size‑level performance to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Maintain accurate reporting and support ad‑hoc analyses for strategic decisions.
• Identify improvements for planning tools, reporting and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3‑5+ years in Merchandise Planning or Inventory Management.
• Experience supporting eCommerce, preferably in apparel, fashion or consumer products.
• Strong understanding of Open‑to‑Buy, forecasting, inventory management and retail math.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
