Microsoft Infrastructure System Administrator – Bremen

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft Infrastructure System Administrator to join our international mid-size company in Bremen. You will be responsible for the design, operation and optimisation of our Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune environments, supporting the digital transformation of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft infrastructure, including Windows Server landscape.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune environments.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for client and endpoint management.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to infrastructure and cloud‑based digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues across international locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or IT Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and/or Intune.
• Good English communication skills (German is a plus).
