Midweight / Senior Project Manager – Design Consultancy

About the role

As a Project Manager at Edenspiekermann you will act as the bridge between creative teams and clients, ensuring the end‑to‑end delivery of branding, UX/UI and other design projects on time and within budget. You will define project scope, allocate resources, mitigate risks and guarantee high‑quality, actionable creative output.

Key responsibilities

• Client Management – serve as the main point of contact, manage expectations, present designs and gather feedback.
• Project Planning & Tracking – define scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Team Coordination – schedule resources, brief creatives and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Budgeting & Reporting – monitor expenses and prepare progress reports.
• Quality Control – ensure the final product aligns with the brief and meets high creative standards.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience in a creative, digital or web‑design agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related field.
• Certifications such as CAPM or PRINCE2 foundation are a plus.
• Strong communication skills in German and English (C1+).
• Hands‑on, pragmatic approach with a business‑oriented mindset.
