Mobile Platform Engineer (Flutter)

About the role

Join the Foundation team of a fast‑growing Series A/B EdTech platform that serves tens of millions of students worldwide. As a Mobile Platform Engineer you will own the core Flutter application, shaping shared components, architecture and performance that enable product teams to ship features confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Own the core Flutter app, including shared components, design system, performance monitoring, and tooling.
• Define feature‑building patterns for state management and backend integration, guiding product teams.
• Improve end‑to‑end developer workflow from CI/CD and store distribution to internal tooling.
• Integrate AI tooling into the codebase and workflows, shaping its role over time.
• Maintain the health and reliability of the foundation for product teams.

Required profile

• Several years of experience delivering production software at scale, with responsibility for mobile app architecture.
• Strong multi‑year hands‑on experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
• Solid mobile DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, app store distribution, and release management.
• Genuine interest in AI as an engineering surface.
• Systems‑thinking mindset, clear communication across teams, and satisfaction in foundational work.

What we offer

• Salary €80,000 – €110,000 per year, based on experience.
