Multilingual Customer Service Representative (English + French/Italian/German/Japanese)

About the role

Join Stock Plan Services, part of Fidelity Management & Research, as a Multilingual Customer Service Representative in Kronberg, Germany. You will support international participants of equity compensation plans, providing clear guidance and assistance in multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telephone support in English and at least one of French, Italian, German or Japanese.
• Educate participants on equity awards, stock options, RSUs, and ESPP.
• Assist with website navigation and answer plan‑administration queries.
• Maintain participant accounts (address updates, PIN resets, etc.).
• Identify and implement process improvements for the team.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level, TOEFL 95+ or equivalent).
• Proficiency in at least one additional language: French, Italian, German or Japanese.
• Valid work permit for Germany.
• Proven experience in customer service, client support or problem resolution.
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
