Near Patient Nurse (Hybrid) – Vilseck Region

About the role

We are seeking an experienced hospital nurse to join our Near Patient Nurse team in the Vilseck region. This hybrid position combines on‑site visits to German hospitals with remote coordination of international medical teams, offering a balanced work‑life schedule without night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a clinical liaison between local German providers and international stakeholders, ensuring continuity of care.
• Monitor inpatient stays, uphold clinical quality and patient‑safety standards, and produce accurate medical reports in English.
• Communicate directly with physicians and nursing teams, providing clear updates to overseas partners.
• Support patients in understanding diagnoses, treatment plans, and navigating the German healthcare system, offering bilingual assistance.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with providers, contributing to quality assessments and network collaboration.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (Pflegefachkraft / Gesundheits‑ und Krankenpfleger) with at least 3 years of bedside experience in an inpatient setting.
• Active German nursing registration.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication, independent work style, and confidence with digital documentation systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region.

• Proficiency in German language.
