Near Patient Nurse (Hybrid) – Wiesbaden Region

About the role

We are looking for an experienced hospital nurse to join our Near Patient Nurse team on a hybrid basis. The role supports the TRICARE Overseas Program and provides high‑quality, patient‑focused care across the German healthcare system while offering a predictable schedule and improved work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a clinical liaison between local German hospitals and international medical teams.
• Monitor inpatient care, ensure clinical quality, patient safety and produce accurate medical reports in English.
• Communicate directly with physicians and nursing staff, providing clear updates to international stakeholders.
• Coordinate safe discharge, continuity of care and support patients in understanding their diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide bilingual (German/English) assistance, helping patients navigate the German healthcare system.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with providers, contributing to quality assessments and network collaboration.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (Pflegefachkraft / Gesundheits‑ und Krankenpfleger) with at least 3 years of bedside experience in an inpatient setting.
• Active registration to practice in Germany.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication, independent work style and confidence with digital documentation systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region.
