About the role

Join the vibrant team at 25hours Hotels in Hamburg’s HafenCity as a Night Auditor. You will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay while enjoying a unique 4‑day workweek.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, providing local insider tips about Hamburg.
• Handle front‑desk duties, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare nightly statistics, reports, and audit documentation.
• Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere throughout the night.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship or training in the hotel industry is a plus.
• First experience at a reception desk is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to inspire both guests and colleagues.
