Nominated Person Crew Training – Flight & Cabin Crew Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT) to lead the planning, management and continuous development of all training activities for flight and cabin crew. Based in Berlin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational safety across our client’s airline operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage initial, recurrent, upgrade, CRM and line training programmes for flight and cabin crew.
• Ensure all training meets Regulation (EU) No.1178/2011 and other applicable aviation standards.
• Coordinate and supervise instructors, examiners and liaise with Flight Operations, Safety & Compliance and aviation authorities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s training system and operational safety standards.
• Support safe and efficient execution of flight operations through high‑quality training delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in aviation, with at least 2 years in flight and cabin crew training.
• Strong understanding of flight safety standards, CRM principles and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• High level of responsibility, motivation and loyalty to the organisation.

Required skills

• Valid ATPL with PIC type rating on A320.
• Valid TRI qualification on A320.
• Valid TRE authorization on A320.
• In‑depth knowledge of Regulation (EU) No.1178/2011.
• Proficiency in CRM principles and practices.
