Nurse Position in Germany

About the role

We are seeking qualified nurses to work in German healthcare facilities. The position offers full‑time employment, a structured language training programme, and a competitive monthly salary. Candidates will join a supportive team and contribute to high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic and specialised patient care, including hygiene and treatment procedures.
• Administer and assist with medications and treatments.
• Support physicians during medical interventions.
• Document patient information using digital health record systems.
• Communicate with patients and families, offering counselling when needed.
• Respond to emergencies such as CPR.
• Plan and organise daily care routines.
• Operate medical tools and monitoring equipment.
• Follow hygiene, vaccination and infection‑prevention protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (4 years) or General Nursing & Midwifery Diploma (3 years) from a state‑recognised institution.
• Registered nurse status (if required in home country).
• Minimum 2 years recent clinical, hands‑on experience (non‑clinical roles not accepted).
• Age under 40 years at the time of application.
• German language proficiency: B1/B2 certificate, written assessment, or willingness to complete B2 training.
• Up‑to‑date vaccinations as required by German law (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A & B, COVID‑19).
• Commitment to complete language training (A1‑A2 online/offline, B1‑B2 in‑person, B2 within 12 months).
