Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care

About the role

QuadMed is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its Utz Quality Food clinic in Hanover, PA. You will provide outpatient primary‑care services, focusing on preventive medicine and building lasting patient relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver preventive and chronic disease management in an outpatient setting.
• Document all encounters using the Epic electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• At least three years of primary‑care experience.
• Active, unrestricted NP licensure and current CPR (BLS) certification (or obtain within 60 days).
• National Board Certification and valid NPI/DEA numbers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
