About the role

Airbnb is looking for an Office Manager to ensure its Berlin office runs smoothly and reflects the company’s culture. You will be the central point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, creating a welcoming and efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily office operations, including hospitality services, food programs, and office amenities.
Partner with vendors and service providers to guarantee timely delivery and resolve issues.
Maintain office readiness, ensuring meeting rooms and shared spaces meet hospitality standards.
Support local leaders and facilitate gatherings, leadership visits, and employee experience programs.
Act as a visible, approachable presence for staff and guests, addressing requests and escalating when necessary.

Required profile

Strong judgment and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
Organizational rigor with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across Workplace Operations, Security, IT, and other teams.
