Online Marketing Manager – B2B Digital Lead Generation

About the role
As a Digital Manager (B2B) you will shape and execute our online marketing strategy to boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads and feed the sales pipeline. You will own the full spectrum of digital channels – from social media and SEO to AI‑driven content – and ensure accurate tracking and reporting within Salesforce.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and scale B2B social media (LinkedIn, YouTube) and editorial planning.
- Lead the SEO roadmap: topic clusters, on‑page optimisation, internal linking and snippet enhancements.
- Build a GEO/AI visibility playbook with answer‑first content structures and source‑of‑truth pages.
- Create buyer‑journey content such as pillar pages, case studies, whitepapers and webinars.
- Plan, launch and optimise paid search, paid social, retargeting and email campaigns.
- Manage the end‑to‑end lead funnel, from landing‑page visits to sales‑qualified leads, in close collaboration with Sales.
- Implement clean campaign and lead tracking in Salesforce, including UTM logic, attribution and KPI dashboards.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Web/IT and external partners, presenting insights and next steps.
Required profile
- Several years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in software/IT or complex solutions.
- Hands‑on expertise in B2B social media, SEO and content strategy.
- Performance‑driven mindset with strong analytical and optimisation skills.
- Excellent written English; German is a strong plus.
- Structured working style, ownership mentality and strong stakeholder management.
Required skills
- Salesforce (campaign and lead tracking)
- HTML/CSS, schema/JSON‑LD, tag management
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console
- SEO tools such as Sistrix, Semrush, Ahrefs
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing
- Experience with GEO/AI visibility (Answer Engine Optimisation) is a plus
