On‑Site Service Technician – Industrial Fluids & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an On‑Site Service Technician to join a leading industrial process solutions provider at a major manufacturing site in Neumünster. The role focuses on maintaining industrial fluid systems and supporting production efficiency while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service industrial fluids such as lubricants, coolants and cleaners.
• Ensure fluid systems operate efficiently to support uninterrupted production.
• Assist with warehouse and inventory management related to fluid supplies.
• Keep accurate service records and system data.
• Liaise with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Provide administrative support to the Site Manager.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher and English at B1/B2 level.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
• Strong awareness of health and safety and a customer‑focused attitude.
