Onsite Training Manager

About the role

JD Logistics is expanding its smart logistics network in Germany and seeks an experienced Training Manager to lead learning, training, and workforce development initiatives across its warehouse and transportation operations. This is a fully onsite position focused on building a high‑performing, safety‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver operational training programs for warehouse and logistics staff.
• Create onboarding pathways and upskilling frameworks that align with business goals.
• Develop certification schemes and talent development routes to support career progression.
• Maintain and continuously improve training materials, standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a strong team culture.
• Facilitate best‑practice sharing and drive operational excellence across sites.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse managers and cross‑functional business teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain or transportation environments.
• AEVO / AdA Trainer Certificate (Ausbildereignungsverordnung) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver operational or vocational training programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
