Operational Logistic Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Operational Logistic Specialist to join a leading global technology company in the semiconductor sector, based in Böblingen. You will play a key part in coordinating transportation and warehousing activities, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound flows.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with transportation and warehousing suppliers to schedule deliveries and shipments.
• Manage processing details related to transportation and warehousing operations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and implement control procedures.
• Supervise planning and coordination of outbound shipments.
• Perform financial accruals and verify supplier invoices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a logistics qualification.
• 2‑3 years of experience in operational logistics or material planning within a production or trading environment.
• Experience in goods receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
• Strong systematic working style and ability to work in cross‑functional international teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German (minimum B2).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP software solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or Navision.
