Operations Associate - Out-of-Warehouse

About the role

Lime is seeking an Operations Associate to lead out‑of‑warehouse logistics for its micromobility fleet in Berlin. You will be responsible for deploying vehicles and assets across the city, managing partner relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach Operations Specialists, set performance goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage end‑to‑end out‑of‑warehouse operations using field data, utilization reports and market analytics to optimise vehicle placement and meet service level agreements.
• Analyse market demand patterns to refine placement strategies and ensure efficient coverage across zones.
• Oversee scheduling, performance and coordination with external logistics partners, contractors and driver networks across multiple shifts and regions.
• Lead audits and compliance initiatives to meet local regulatory and safety requirements.
• Provide feedback and corrective actions to in‑field maintenance staff.
• Optimise deployment routes, asset placement and recovery operations to minimise downtime and logistics costs.

Required profile

• Data‑driven problem‑solver comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to balance day‑to‑day execution with long‑term strategic planning.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as fleet, product and government relations.
• Residency within one hour of Lime’s Berlin warehouse.
