Operations Specialist (Creative Production)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist (Creative Production) to join a fast‑scaling creative production environment within a global digital health ecosystem. Based in Germany, you will design and run the operational backbone that enables creative teams to deliver high‑quality output quickly and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational systems and frameworks that support creative production at scale.
• Design end‑to‑end processes, documentation, onboarding materials and ensure they are continuously improved.
• Coordinate recurring team rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to clarify priorities, ownership and deliverables.
• Align producers, strategists and platform teams to improve cross‑functional collaboration and manage dependencies.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce repetitive tasks such as reporting, tracking, scheduling and documentation.
• Partner with MarTech and AI teams to develop smarter operational workflows.

Required profile

• Strong operational discipline with a systems‑thinking mindset.
• Experience in operations, project management, production or business operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to create processes, systems and documentation from scratch and iterate on them.
• Excellent organizational, communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, accountability and follow‑through.
• Interest in AI, automation tools and modern operational platforms.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
