Packaging Design & Execution Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Packaging Design & Execution Coordinator to join our Munich team. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of packaging artwork, ensuring it meets regulatory, sustainability and brand standards while supporting the creation of innovative, market‑ready packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end artwork development for packaging projects, including adaptations for regulatory, sustainability and marketing requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, reviewing proofs, pre‑production samples and supporting final implementation with manufacturers.
• Maintain and continuously improve artwork coordination processes, ensuring accurate documentation, version control and transparent tracking of project status.
• Manage tracking tools and share finalized artwork files with all relevant parties in a timely manner.
• Uphold packaging design standards and contribute to creative concept development, translating ideas into technically feasible and sustainable packaging solutions.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational qualification in Packaging, Design, Graphic Arts or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in packaging artwork coordination, packaging design, print production or a comparable role.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level); French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
