Paid Media Engagement Marketing Manager (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

Audible is seeking a Paid Media Engagement Marketing Manager on a 12‑month contract to lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimization of member‑focused paid media campaigns across programmatic, social, and app channels. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive member engagement, gifting, and loyalty initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns, from strategy and segmentation to delivery and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives and member insights.
• Manage timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and contingency plans to meet service level agreements.
• Analyze campaign data, surface actionable insights, and implement continuous optimization cycles.
• Champion a test‑and‑learn culture by designing experiments, defining KPIs, and measuring incrementality.
• Leverage Amazon AI tools, including machine learning and natural language processing, to automate workflows and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑channel paid media campaigns with a focus on engagement and retention.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.
