Paralegal – 6‑Month Contract in Berlin

About the role

We are supporting a global bank’s Legal Documentation team in Berlin for a six‑month period. The role focuses on the production and management of high‑volume standard form agreements, ensuring timely and accurate execution of legal documents.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, release letters and other standard form agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure timely execution of documentation.
• Utilise established templates and playbooks to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Support documentation workflows and manage a high volume of requests.
• Assist with the transition of documentation processes to an external provider, including knowledge transfer.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve documentation processes.
• Provide general day‑to‑day legal administrative and documentation support.

Required profile

• Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs or similar agreements.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high‑volume workflows efficiently.
• Comfortable working with templates and playbooks.
• Willingness to work on‑site three days a week in Berlin.
