Paralegal – Dispute Resolution

About the role

Revolut’s Legal team is looking for a Paralegal to manage customer complaints on external dispute‑resolution platforms. You will support the Disputes Legal team by handling pre‑action letters, claims, and providing day‑to‑day legal advice to improve operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Run internal fact‑finding investigations and collaborate with other departments.
• Handle external dispute‑resolution complaints in line with local German law and regulations.
• Represent Revolut before external dispute‑resolution forums.
• Prepare early‑stage litigation documents such as pre‑action letters and claim responses.
• Assist the Disputes Legal team and Legal Counsels across Revolut EEA branches with ad‑hoc tasks and advice.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve issues to drive team‑wide and company‑wide improvements.
• Analyse case outcomes to pinpoint and remediate legal risk areas.
• Develop and refine internal procedures and promote a culture of fair customer treatment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent obtained in Germany.
• Legal experience as a private‑practice lawyer within financial services or comparable in‑house experience.
• Fluency in English and German with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of investigating root causes of problems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
