Partner Sales Manager (Inbound) (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager (Inbound) to join our hybrid team at the Berlin headquarters. You will own the end‑to‑end pipeline of customers referred by our partners, guiding them from handover through onboarding and activation.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of your own pipeline of customers referred by our Partner – from the initial handover to successful onboarding and activation.
• Present the Pliant solution in demo calls, tailored towards the customer's specific needs.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, guide them through the onboarding process and proactively follow up on outstanding information and documentation.
• Create and maintain customer deals in our CRM and internal platform, ensuring accurate data, clear next steps and transparent pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate closely with our Risk and Compliance teams to resolve blockers, keep stakeholders informed and continuously improve our onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Previous work experience in the banking or financial services industry in a customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop your career in a fast‑paced fintech environment.
• Fluent German; English or additional European languages are a plus but not essential.
• Based in Berlin or Vienna – hybrid work model in place.
