About the role

Join Sephora’s vibrant beauty team in Düsseldorf as a part‑time assistant. You will support daily store operations, interact with customers, and help maintain an inspiring shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and gather feedback.
• Maintain stock availability, replenish shelves and support inventory cycles.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met across all departments.
• Assist with beauty classes, short services and product demonstrations.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Perform cleaning, product presentation and floor upkeep.
• Support warehousing tasks, including stocking and merchandising updates.
• Monitor key retail metrics such as conversion rate, average basket size and service count.

Required profile

• Communicative, reliable and well‑organized with a strong team spirit.
• First‑hand experience in retail or a genuine interest in beauty, cosmetics or fashion.
• Excellent verbal communication with customers and good knowledge of current beauty trends.
• Fluent in English or the local language.
• People‑oriented, creative, entrepreneurial and driven to achieve excellence.
