About the role

Join Levi's® as a Sales Stylist in Munich, working 20 hours per week to help customers discover their perfect fit. You will be the face of the brand, guiding shoppers through the store experience and sharing the story behind each pair of jeans.

Key responsibilities

  • Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with customers and deliver personalized service.
  • Provide product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
  • Support daily store operations, including cash handling, fitting rooms, and stock management.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

  • Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
  • Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
