People Attraction & Active Sourcing Specialist

About the role

As a People Attraction & Active Sourcing Specialist at Galaxus, you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Supply Chain Management positions at the new operations centres in Neuenburg am Rhein and Krefeld. You will build talent pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support the rapid scaling of a workforce of over 1,200 employees by the end of 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for Supply Chain roles in Neuenburg am Rhein and Krefeld, following Galaxus’ Recruitment Guide.
• Actively source and attract candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines for specialist positions.
• Standardise and implement recruiting processes across Germany.
• Plan and execute on‑site casting days, job fairs and other employer branding events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and continuously improve the selection process, with a three‑day weekly on‑site presence.
• Manage the master vendor, including monthly time reporting and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in recruiting, preferably within a logistics or supply‑chain environment.
• Hands‑on experience in active sourcing and building talent pipelines using various sourcing tools.
• Fluency in English and German, with a good knowledge of French.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to engage senior leadership.
• Structured, independent working style with a focus on execution.
