Performance Ads Graphic Designer

About the role

Join Libertex Group’s in‑house creative studio as a Performance Ads Graphic Designer. You will craft eye‑catching static banners for user‑acquisition campaigns across social media platforms, working closely with a multicultural team of creatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce performance‑focused banners for social media, Google Display and app‑store ads.
• Handle routine tasks such as localization, batch production and exporting assets in multiple formats.
• Collaborate daily with the Creative Director, Art Director and Social Media Manager to align visuals with brand guidelines.
• Contribute to concept development and visual asset creation for high‑profile fintech and crypto campaigns.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools for ideation, image generation and simple video creation.
• Fluent English and a solid portfolio demonstrating performance‑ad work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
