About the role
As the Performance Marketing Manager for TikTok, you will build our presence on the platform from scratch and lead new‑customer acquisition across multiple markets. Working closely with the Head of Performance & Growth, you will own the day‑to‑day management, optimisation and scaling of the international TikTok strategy and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full‑funnel TikTok strategy focused on efficient customer acquisition (CPA).
- Manage a sizable TikTok ad budget across several European markets, making data‑driven decisions to meet growth targets.
- Structure complex campaigns using Spark Ads, In‑Feed Ads, Shopping Ads and TikTok Shop features.
- Run a high‑velocity testing framework for video creatives, analysing hooks, sounds, transitions and CTAs with TikTok Creative Center insights.
- Serve as the single point of contact for TikTok creative, turning performance data into actionable briefs.
- Analyse performance data, identify trends, address attribution challenges and report insights to leadership.
Required profile
- 2–4+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce performance marketing experience, primarily on TikTok.
- Proven ability to manage and scale six‑ to seven‑digit budgets across multiple markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, brand lift studies and incrementality testing.
- Fluency in English; additional European language (German, French, Polish) is a plus.
