Personal PR & Branding Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Personal PR & Branding Executive to shape, protect, and amplify the public image of a high‑profile individual in Germany. You will drive a cohesive personal branding strategy, ensuring consistent voice, narrative, and visual identity across media, digital platforms, and public appearances.

Key responsibilities

• Support the evolution and execution of a personal brand strategy across all public‑facing channels.
• Manage media relations, including press kits, outreach, interview coordination, and speaking engagements.
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, aligning with brand goals.
• Develop and refine written materials such as social copy, talking points, articles, and ghostwritten pieces.
• Coordinate logistics for events, panels, and keynotes to ensure strong brand presentation.
• Monitor media coverage and online sentiment, flagging reputational risks and assisting with crisis communications.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and external stakeholders to maintain a high‑quality, consistent brand presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR, executive communications, personal branding or media relations, preferably supporting senior executives or high‑profile individuals.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities with adaptable tone.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong project‑management mindset, detail‑oriented and resourceful.
