Join Milano Vice, a fast‑growing food‑tech startup reshaping pizza culture in Germany. As a Pizza Vice Hero you will be the face of the brand, delivering high‑quality pizza experiences while supporting both kitchen and front‑of‑house operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Milano Vice products quickly, accurately and with pride.
• Create memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits.
• Recommend menu items and guide customers through the Milano Vice experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food‑safe environment at all times.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth, fast‑paced service.
• Contribute positive energy to the brand’s bold atmosphere.

Required profile

• Clean and hygienic work habits.

• Reliable, responsible, and proactive mindset.
• Flexibility to jump in where needed.
• Good English skills; German is a strong plus.
