Post‑Tensioning & Structural Site Supervisor (Germany)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Post‑Tensioning and Structural Site Supervisor to join a fast‑growing engineering and construction firm that delivers complex infrastructure and renewable energy projects across Germany. The role will be based on‑site, overseeing structural works, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring high standards of quality, safety and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise structural and construction activities on‑site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site operations.
• Oversee quality, HSE, documentation and execution standards.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve site issues.
• Act as the interface between project management and site teams.
• Support installation, stressing or heavy structural execution activities as required by the project scope.

Required profile

• Practical site supervision or construction leadership experience.
• Experience with post‑tensioning, prestressing, bridges, heavy civil works or renewable energy projects.
• Strong communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive mindset.
• Valid driving licence.
• German language preferred; English acceptable depending on project setup.
