PreMaster Program – Management Assistance (Controlling)

About the role

Join Bosch's PreMaster Program as a Management Assistant in the Financial Controlling (FC) area. You will support the analysis and monitoring of cost‑saving initiatives across multiple global sites, providing essential financial insights for management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse expected outcomes and commercial status of cost‑saving measures.
• Collaborate with controlling, purchasing, sales and other functional teams in Germany, Hungary, Romania, the United States, India and Mexico.
• Prepare monthly business reports and financial information for management steering.
• Support project steering by delivering accurate financial data and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, management, computer science, economics or a related field with above‑average results.
• Strong intention to pursue a master’s degree.
• Well‑organized, team‑oriented, extraverted and globally minded.
• Fluent English (C1); German (B1) preferred.
