Pre‑Master Program – MEMS Sensor Measurement

About the role

We are looking for recent bachelor graduates who want to gain hands‑on experience while working towards a master’s degree. As part of the Pre‑Master Program you will join Bosch Sensortec’s MEMS sensor measurement team and contribute to the development and optimisation of test systems for pressure, motion and environmental sensors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build complete measurement setups from requirements engineering to final implementation.
• Develop automated loading/unloading systems and new test equipment prototypes.
• Collaborate with hardware, software and testing experts to ensure lab readiness of measurement solutions.
• Document designs, test procedures and results for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proactive, reliable and enthusiastic about technical challenges in MEMS sensors and consumer electronics.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
• Strong academic background (completed bachelor’s degree) and interest in pursuing a master’s degree.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Programming in C#, Python or PLC for measurement equipment.
• Basic knowledge of CAD and PCB design (preferred).
• Experience with testing setups, automated systems or sensor measurement (highly valued).
