PreMaster Program – Strategic Purchasing (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Bosch's international purchasing team and take part in a two‑stage PreMaster Program focused on Strategic Purchasing. You will rotate through topics such as Data & AI, Governance, IT, Negotiation Excellence, and Controlling, gaining hands‑on experience while supporting the global procurement organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish internal newsletters, news articles, and other communication materials to ensure transparent information flow.
• Support the planning and execution of internal events, workshops, and leadership meetings worldwide.
• Participate in strategic purchasing projects, contributing to data‑driven analyses and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Germany, Serbia, and China.

Required profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field with above‑average results.
• Initial practical experience gained through internships, working‑student positions or similar activities.
• Curious, open‑minded, proactive team player with a strong affinity for digital tools.
• Good German language skills and fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
