Principal Product & Brand Designer

About the role

Join Cortea to shape a product that redefines auditing through AI‑enabled workflows. You will own both product and brand experiences, creating intuitive interfaces for expert users while building a visual identity that resonates across the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders, engineers and customers to turn complex audit flows into delightful, intuitive interfaces.
• Partner with the lead product designer on overall design strategy and execution.
• Own all brand visuals, including website, marketing, sales collateral and event assets.
• Evolve the visual identity and maintain a cohesive design system.
• Shape product vision, roadmap and user‑experience standards.
• Run usability tests, build feedback loops and apply a systems‑thinking approach to design decisions.

Required profile

• Product design experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in fast‑moving startups.
• Ability to think in end‑to‑end experiences rather than isolated screens and defend design decisions with strong taste.
• Comfort handling complex, configuration‑heavy workflows while keeping clarity.
• Experience leveraging AI where it adds value without compromising quality.
• Comfort working in ambiguity, delivering high‑quality work with minimal hand‑holding.
• Low ego – best ideas win, regardless of seniority.
