Private Equity Analyst – Frankfurt

About the role

We are looking for a driven Private Equity Analyst to join our Frankfurt investment team. You will support the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to portfolio monitoring and exit execution, working closely with senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed financial models, valuations and investment analyses (LBO, DCF, comparable analysis).
• Assist in evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting market research and coordinating due diligence.
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations and internal reports.
• Support transaction structuring and liaise with advisors, lenders and management teams.
• Monitor portfolio company performance, perform financial analysis and track strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to exit processes, including preparation of marketing materials and buyer interaction.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in investment banking (M&A), private equity, transaction services or leveraged finance.
• Strong academic background from a leading university.
• Demonstrated interest in private‑equity investing.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
